I kept hearing about this band and how great this EP was, so I had to pick it up. I bought it hearing that it was similar to most of these new early 80's Boston hardcore revival bands. This one sided EP definitely has its moments of brilliance, but overall is just a bit too thrashy for my taste. I'll probably have to grow into it. This is more similar to Infest than old Boston hardcore, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. This band has a ton of energy and aggression though and seem like they would be awesome live, so I'll definitely be on the look out if they go on tour. This release is on a one sided "blood red" vinyl that looks amazing. If you're into that power violence hardcore, then check this release out.
I'd heard all kinds of great things about this band, so I found a download and decided to check them out. I tried to like them, but just wasn't feeling it, and I've since deleted those songs from my ipod. Meh.
